Being locked into a long term contract can be so inconvenient. Here in myDMD, we give you the flexibility to pay for any plan on any number of months you want.
As of writing, the only payment method we accept is only thru bank transfer but we plan to accept credit card payments in the near future.
If you wish to upgrade to a higher plan, you can do so by contacting us . Upon upgrading your plan, new features/changes will be applied immediately.
If you wish to downgrade a plan, you can do so by contacting us to know if you are eligible for downgrade. Please keep in mind that upon downgrading your plan, you will lose some features and changes will be applied immediately.
We don't offer refunds. Any month paid cannot be refunded nor credited to your account when you unsubscribe or cancel a plan.
