This feature allows patients to request an appointment online through your personalized link and screen them for COVID-19 at the same time.
Online Screening Form Link is your clinic's personal link. This is the link you give to your patients who want to book an appointment.
Clicking the link will direct your patients to your clinic appointment webpage.
The pending requests show the list of pending appointments that need to be reviewed. You have the option to sort the list by the date submitted or by the patient's preferred date.
Clicking the name of the patient will show their details including their COVID-19 History and Medical History. All remarkable details are highlighted in red and easily visible.
Once you have reviewed the patient's screening form, you can now schedule or defer their appointment by clicking "Schedule".
After scheduling a patient, their form will disappear in the pending requests and will be transferred to your calendar. If you defer a patient, his/her form will disappear both in the pending requests and calendar and will only be visible in search.
