# Screening Form Settings

You can access the screening form settings to change the following:

* **CLINIC DAYS** - Specify your clinic days so patients cannot book to your day off.
* **BOOKING DAYS LIMIT** - Use this to prevent patients from booking an appointment after a certain number of days.
* **CLINIC GUIDELINES / WELCOME MESSAGE** - This will popup at the beginning of the patient screening form.
