Monthly Report

The monthly report is an auto-generated summary of the overall cash flow for the selected month. You can access this by going to the OVERVIEW tab of the finance section.

Monthly report is only available for users with owner/admin role. See User Roles.

The Monthly Report is presented mostly through graphs/charts for easier readability of the data. It includes the following:

• INCOME - Total Gross Income for the month

• EXPENSE - Total Expenses for the month

• NET INCOME - Total Net Income for the month. This is computed by deducting your expenses from your income.

• DAILY INCOME - Daily income in bar graph form.

• INCOME BY CATEGORY - Amount of income by category

• EXPENSE CATEGORY - Amount of expenses by category

What's the importance of this?

Here are some of the reasons how a monthly report will help you in your dental practice:

• You can use these data to track and improve your clinic's performance.

• You can check what category/procedure gives you the most income so you can focus more on improving them.

• You can see the overview of your expenses and improve how you can minimize your expenses in the clinic.

• You can use this to have a realistic monthly goal or monthly quote. For example, this month we aim to have P400,000 in income and limit expenses to P50,000.
