# Tags

If you are wondering what a tag is, this is a special feature for you to label your patients.

This feature is very useful for many cases wherein you want to add classifications/labels to a specific patient or group of patients.

### Use Cases:

Here are some of the useful tags you can experiment with:

* **"ortho"** - for your ortho patients
* **"cosmetics"** - for your cosmetics cases
* **"charity"** - for those charity patients
* **"regular"** - for those who come to your clinic on a regular basis
* **"vip"** - for your VIP patients
* **"ofw"** - for your OFW patients

If you don't find the tags you like, don't worry because you have the freedom to make any tags you want!

**TIP:** This is a very useful feature in combination with the "advanced patient search" *(still under development as of writing)*. 

*Example: **Search for patients who are tagged as "ortho" and the last visit is more than 3 months**.*
