Tags

If you are wondering what a tag is, this is a special feature for you to label your patients.

This feature is very useful for many cases wherein you want to add classifications/labels to a specific patient or group of patients.

Use Cases:

Here are some of the useful tags you can experiment with:

• "ortho" - for your ortho patients

• "cosmetics" - for your cosmetics cases

• "charity" - for those charity patients

• "regular" - for those who come to your clinic on a regular basis

• "vip" - for your VIP patients

• "ofw" - for your OFW patients

If you don't find the tags you like, don't worry because you have the freedom to make any tags you want!

TIP: This is a very useful feature in combination with the "advanced patient search" (still under development as of writing).

Example: Search for patients who are tagged as "ortho" and the last visit is more than 3 months.
