What is a Financial Account?

Consider the financial account as a "wallet" or a container where you store money. You can name each account as you like.

Example: If you store your clinic's money in the cashier and a bank account, you can make a financial account named "cashier" and "bank account".

You can manage financial accounts by clicking "manage accounts" in the finance section.

"Manage accounts" is only available for users with owner/admin role. See User Roles.

Financial Account Privacy

Admins/Owners can change who has access to a certain financial account.

Only users under a financial account can view transactions made for that account.
