Inventory

The Inventory Section is where you manage your inventory (mainly dental supplies).

Inventory has 3 main tabs. Active, Reorder, and Inactive.

How to add an item?

To add an item, just click the button "New Item". A popup will appear for the item's details.

• ITEM - The generic name of the item. (i.e. Gloves, Masks)

• BRAND - The brand name of the item. (i.e. Glomed, Defender)

• UNIT - The unit used to measure the item. (i.e. box/es, piece/s)

• CURRENT STOCK - The current number of items you currently have.

• REORDER LEVEL - The level or number of items before the app triggers you to replenish that stock/item.

• TARGET LEVEL - The level or number of items that you aim when you replenish that stock/item.

• EXPIRY - Expiration date of the item if any.

• PURCHASE PRICE - The price per unit of that item.

• RATING - Rating

• SUPPLIER - The store or dental supply where you bought that item.

• REMARKS - Remarks

TIP: When the current stock level goes below the reorder level of that item, it will be automatically marked as "Reorder" to remind you to replenish that stock/item.
